Health Clinic
This Centre is run by an NHS nurse from Bishop’s Waltham surgery.
The Centre offers complete confidentiality to all pupils as the NHS nurse follows the Frazer Guidelines – these may be read on the College website.
The Centre is there for pupils from all year groups and is able to answer questions and offer advice on any problem from teenage spots to sexual health advice. There is no problem too big that cannot be dealt with.
The only time a member of staff will be informed is if there is a child protection issue and then the college’s Child Protection Officer, will be told in order to ensure the safeguarding of the child.
Pupils can make their appointments at Reception. Primary parents can make appointments for their children (parent/adult must accompany them) at the College Reception.
